1. He could be sponsored by the casino which means they give him money to play and the koney he wins he keeps. (Some streamers I watch have openly stated that they get money to play with but they keep the winnings)
2. After winning and losing everyday on stream and with a constant income from casinos, you get very disencetised to what ever you win.
It is real.... but of course they have some ‘’beter deals’’ with the casino ...

A community lead group like casino grounds should not promote such streamers as it shows an unhealthy method gambling. I can also tell you, as a dude who has gambled the best part of 20 years, you never become disconnected from that feeling of winning and losing. The highs are unbeatable that’s why any gambler plays - whether it’s poker or slots. The lows are always painful and you can’t hide the hate of losing.
