I love how you keep it real. That being said, if I were to buy or rent I would like a place that isn't luxury which is just a waste of money. The big pool would be great for lap swimming & the old Universal style gym is the type of gym I'd like to have. Today's fitness equipment sucks. They're just pretty.
We try my best. I don't want to be one of these fake or pushy real estate people. I fact my main business is visa and immigration. I just do this on the side as it's a little fun at first, but now the channel grows, so we keep improving
This might be the better "bang for the baht" units you have shown. Especially since the owner is paying the transfer fee and transfer the company name....Those costs would usually add up....Thanks for the offering!
My pleasure. Now that the channel is growing, we get to show you better value properties.
You would be amazed at how many arrogant and stuck-up agencies refused to work with us at the beginning, yet they they bit off our arm to try to get us to record some content for them. Still many refuse and prefer properties to go unsold than share the rights to sell, but slowly but surely we are getting for bargains coming through
@@123LIVINGINTHAILAND Letting the properties go unsold rather than have you feature them on your vlog, is a cultural thing. If they don't understand it, than it can't be good for them.....even if the property just sits collecting dust....you can change many things, but not the culture...
@@egovorchIt's not culture. It's greedy agents, both Thai agents and foreign 'owned' agencies. They just don't like other agencies to be the ones finding customers for the sale of a property they promote.
but now isn't the time or place for me mentioning to much! Perhaps for a video later to prepare customers to choose the correct agency to represent them or find them property
@@123LIVINGINTHAILAND that is great info and would make a great future vlog…👍👍👍
Cheers
Nice one, thank you. If you don't like coffee, what do you like? tea? :) durian? :)
I use to love a hot milk tea (British style) but now I prefer and tea without milk...though I do love myself some roasted insects on a night out with Thai friends 😆
@@123LIVINGINTHAILAND Yep, nothing wrong with a cup of tea! Thanks again for putting together these videos, you are doing a good job.
Thank you. The real thanks goes to Best, without my amazing cameraman, none of this is possible
Good if this is your budget.
@@123LIVINGINTHAILAND definitely, if this is your budget. Just need to get the price down 20% and jobs a good'en
I can see why the owner is trying to fawn off this unit so cheaply. The new owner would spend much more gutting the place to bring it up to current safety standards. I'd say all the exposed wiring is somewhat of a fire hazard that would need to be addressed immediately.
You haven't traveled much, have ya? It's OK. Wait until you find wires running to your shower head
It's quite common. The wires just need hiding behind some plastic coverings. In Thailand the older buildings all have wiring exposed
I might have missed it. But what level(floor) is it on?
Glad you think so. We try very hard to find the best deals; which sadly is becoming harder and harder
Total crap unit….are u kidding ???!!!!!
I'd be amazed if u could find anything better. It's a good deal for what's on offer.
We always have a few that will slag off every video no matter how good it is, just for their own satisfaction, so go for it
@@123LIVINGINTHAILAND it’s like selling a car with 3 wheels and saying just add the 4th wheel on and it’ll be a perfect car at great value … 🤦🏻♂️
It's like selling a second hand car that is in need of a service and some TLC. It's not like selling a brand new unit
@@123LIVINGINTHAILAND so buying a used car that requires TLC is akin to buying a crap car hence the “huge discount”,,, 🤣🤣🤣
I like how you keep it real. You talked about some things are old and some needs fixing. Not many agents do that!
Better to be honest from the very beginning
