It's great that you let us know about the two types of fiber.

Yes the hydration sneaks up on me, and I feel more vigilant about it than lots of other people I care about. My dad had a mini stroke from dehydration and being outside puttering around in the heat. It caused his blood pressure to drop too low while he slept.
I was sipping reverse osmosis water hiking home, but still blacking out, from not enough salt, one day.

This was excellent info and really is good advice for everyone. I have heard things in this video that I have never heard from any other nutritionist at support groups etc. Thank you so much, I have shared this video with others.

We have so many neuroprotective herbs in India like Ashwagandha and Brahmi some are taken in milk, some in water, some with Ghee for better absorption. But good to see there is unbiased research emerging in field of health that looks at natural ways as well. My grandma was super weak after Parkinson but her symptoms were not as bad as I have seen in others
She would stroll around in house but she was skinny and she did become weak by the end. More exercise regimen in different ways, diet should all help. And my grandma diet was protein deficient. She did eat more carbs as roti but she didn't like lentils as a vegetarian it becomes essential to incorporate all healthy sources daily not just few breads n small cup of curd with boiled veggies. That was her food and she drank less water too.
I have been told many times she didn't like lentils and that is not good for vegetarians to avoid protein considering after she grew old and her operation her dairy intake was also negligible after and was only drinking powdered supplements in replacement of milk like complan as doctor told her.
I wish there was more information then because now I see people reversing Parkinson with lifestyle, exercise, and diet.
So many cases I heard whose symptoms reversed or reduced significantly.

Kundan - Yes, reduced is definitely an outcome for many. Unfortunately, there is no reversing of Parkinson's. Hopefully, someday.
