Thanks a lot sir, your explanation is superb.
However I've noticed a minute error on the sum. Specifically after deducting the depriciation from land and building the correct amount should have been Rs. 478800 and furniture amount was alright @Rs 124200. Hope you noticed, have a great day and thanks again Sir :)

Ranit mera class ongoing upload hota hai jisme students class me rahte hai ap Land & Building 532500- 53250 depreciation =479250 hoga jo sums me liya gaya hai. Ap ek bar fir se dekhe sayad apse mistake hua. Mathur sir classes ko share kare apne friends circle me.
