Right now my body is shaking nonstop from anxiety but I don’t know why I have anxiety. I’m so confused why I’m so anxious right now. This helped me calm down a little bit but I’m still shaking a lot. Thank you for making this I love your songs and videos.
Do you have anyone to talk to? Sometimes I get anxiety attacks and logic doesn’t help but company does. Other things you can do is listen to calming music (like this song), take a hot shower (the heat is really soothing and the rain sound is nice), writing anything: thoughts, random sentences, a story, whatever helps get you calmed down, or just cry and try to let the feeling pass over you. Sometimes the only thing to do is feel the emotion and be okay with it. Just know that you’re okay, and your anxiety is normal and justified and I hope you have someone close to you to help support you. And you’re not alone, so many people are in this same boat I’m gonna be praying for you, if that’s okay
