In spontaneously breathing patient
I:E ratio is 1:3 to 1:4, we keep I:E ratio 1:2 in mechanical ventilated patient, so that expiration time is more then inspiration, if it is less then that it can generate auto PEEP

Sir if u will make ventilation video for our patients
Infants where we cant paralyse them
There rr remain 75-85 in severe rd also too much asynchrony during ventilation how to manage them
There is no perfect guidelines like in medicine
Also there is problem of ards because of soo much shear stress
Kindly make video to guide and save little human
