We don't mind it either though it did bug me in the beginning like Ferment did. I notice it now but it's not off putting. The nonfat though, not the biggest fan but still use it lol
Waw it is amazing. I had no time in morning to work on it so I left it in fridge. Now I returned with in mind I have to work with it now but not! It is nice thick yogurt. Only thing I did differently I used evaporated milk as in shop there was no dried. 100 ml for 1 l milk. And it work nice. Next time I will do it as you say with dried milk. Thank you very much I have now recipe I was looking so long for. 😀
Thank you. I wonder 🤔 if you could go live, and talk to callers on the phone. Also, I was thinking of making jam in the machine while Yogurt was refrigerated and adding some to mix in the yogurt.
Would love to see more videos with this machine! Unfortunately it’s not very common here on TH-cam so they’re hard to find. Be sure to include it in the description or title so we can search for it!
You can, you will want to have it sit for longer though, maybe 4 more hours-ish. I would not try a triple though as the machine will splash it out and make a mess.
Thank you for your video!! I got one of these bread makers this year but all I’ve been making is bread. I haven’t tried the yogurt setting yet. I actually wanted to ask you if you ever done soy yogurt with your machine? I would love to learn how to make it but I never done yogurt in my life so I feel a little intimidated! 😄
Adding some sugar, heavy cream or dry milk and/or letting it "cook" for more hours will help a lot. You can also double your starter if you need to, some places are effected because of high-altitude of all things like baking!
I have the same bread machine. Glad I found your video
Glad I could help
I was raised in the Army and Airforce on K rations and carnation powdered milk, I like the taste of it.

I would love to get up to that one day, it has been a while, been busy, will need to do more of these and build up a following
Can you use starsan to sanitize the bucket like I use to make wine?
I don't see why not, I just splash mine with boiling water.

More to come! I have been experimenting like crazy lol
Raw milk works great, that is all I have ever used to make yogurt.
YES!
Has a good heavy cream, makes the best!
Thank you. I am going to try your recipe.
Awsome! Let me know how you like it ❤
@@thegypsykitchen7737 yeah I go on it now :)
Is it okay to make a double or triple batch in the bread maker?

this is such a helpful video!
Glad you think so!

I have!
Have you tired it yet?
Mine came out thin but it worked!
Can we use a spoon of yogurt rather than the live culture packet?
Mine is runny. I can't seem to get it thick. Thank you.
