Hi there! You're so awesome! So Netta was interviewed about this song. She recently broke up from her long time boyfriend. This is actually a very moving breaking-up emotional song if you listen to all other lyrics apart from "I love my nails". She sings a love song and it's really far from being a jingle or a commercial little tune. She said that she wrote this song through a very hurting state and that "I love my nails" is actually "I love myself" it's about empowerment and not about nails per-se. That's Netta. Love her and everything about her.
