Does driving from Milan to Lugano require buying a Swiss motorway vignette? Did you buy that? How much does that cost?

I was driving from Germany through Switzerland, Italy, and Croatia so... Swiss Vignette came first 🙂
Switzerland Vignette cost 43 € and easily available at Gas Stations on Motorways
