I've been waiting for mine since I ordered it on September 23 of 2023. Emailed multiple times with no response. They have no phone number to reach out to them. I have a couple of their Holsters, and love them. Based upon how long I've been waiting and their customer service. It may be the last time I order them them. Which is too bad considering how good of a holster it is.
I definitely feel your frustrations. Unfortunately I dont really have a direct line other than the fact that I use IG and message directly there. Ive heard from other people they have pretty good response through there. I have talked with the owner Dan recently and hes been fighting with his web hosting service or email server. I dont know, I’m definitely not a tech guy but it sounds like there was a point where his email system was haywire. It’s tough being the owner as well as doing all the production and accounting and other various odds and ends. If it were me I’d probably bring on a second person to help lighten the load but like he said, the cost of product would be impacted. No easy answer thats for sure. If you are using IG maybe shoot him a message over there and check in. You will most likely get through

I ordered one of these when they first came out for an X-300U, however it did NOT fit my P320. I even sent it back for refitting and it came back to me with the same issue. Ended up getting rid of it and it was the last time I purchased a holster from them.
It sounds like what you needed was a holster for a P320. The issue there is the slide for that gun is massive. The listing should say it doesn’t fit. My guess is the holster was too tight. If the holster were designed to accept the P320 then it wouldn’t fit guns like Glock 19’s or M&P’s or even all the 2011’s. There are definitely exceptions to what works with a universal holster. You can’t cram a desert eagle into a holster made for a gun the side of a 2011 lol. Anyways I’m sorry you had that experience I just think that gun is one that won’t fit
I got their universal holster (tlr7a version) I use it for a pdp compact, hk p2000, and hellcat pro. It’s a nice holster, my only gripe is the wiggling of the gun. Non universal holsters don’t have that wiggle issue, but curious if you ran into that with your holsters or if maybe there’s something wrong with mine? I understand they’re universal so there’ll be more room for a wide variety of guns, but seems like the guns move around a bit too much (I’ve adjusted retention too)
I don’t have the 7A version and that’s going to fit different than the TLR 1HL version for sure. The light body on the bigger sized 1HL light gives a stronger platform to hold onto, they also have one for the X300 and that light body works really well for a universal holster. I’d maybe reach out to them and ask. Not having the experience with that model I really couldn’t say

Here is a direct copy/paste of the lead time agreement that has to be checked off in order to add to cart.
I agree to the current lead time of 7-9 weeks to complete and ship my holster. I understand that there are no expedited orders and that there are no other updates during this time. When orders are finished and ship, tracking information is sent in an email.
What was your exact order date? The lead time agreement changes depending on order volume so I couldn’t say what it was when you ordered. What I can say, and what I tell everyone about McKinatec is that the holsters are an incredible quality and you get a lot more for your money than you do other places. This is possible because the business is ran by one man. If it was a box store type outfit with 20 employees the holster would be over $100 and only come in black and if you wanted it light bearing it would cost an extra $25. The owner can’t email back and forth with people and still pump out the volume of holsters that he does or the lead times would double, he would have to bring on a bunch of employees and the costs would go way up. I’m sure your order is close to being completed. Just have to be patient. I mean I can’t even get my holsters moved to the front of the line and I’m the one that sent him the concept of the universal holster lol.
When u say univeral holster do u mean all full size?
I went through a decent variety of pistols that work for this model in the video. They have options for the TLR1 HL and X300 for guns that you would use those lights on…guns like the 4” M&P or a Glock19 up to full size guns like the 5” M&P I used in the video. If you are wondering about smaller guns they have an option for a holster that uses the TLR7 A. That light generally gets used with smaller guns like the Hellcat Pro. Basically use the light that’s appropriate for the size of gun you have, pick the holster based on the light
Also can a suppressor be pulled thru this holster?
Because if the length of a suppressor that would be the most awkward and least efficient draw ever. If that’s what you are looking for, I believe QVO Tactical makes a holster that’s open at the front so you can easily draw with a suppressor
Does it have an audible click?
Most light bearing holsters don’t have an audible click. That sound you are looking for comes from the kydex snapping in place on the trigger guard. Light bearing holsters do more of a clamp around the light tightly for retention.
Can you wear it at 3 o’clock also?
You can wear it in any position you want but 3 o’clock tends to be a better position for a slim rig with no light. The bulk from the light isn’t comfortable inside the waistband with any holster in that position
I just ordered my holster from this for my hellcat pro and immediately i found it doesn't fit. I think it was made to the wrong setup. How fast does Dan reply to email?
Are you sure that you ordered the correct set up? I cant say how fast he responds to email. Hes a one man business so every aspect of it hes the one doing it. How quickly he responds is going to depend on a million things that I couldnt begin to factor. I can say hes fairly regular on his instagram account. It might help to drop him a line on there
