Hi I have been wanting to start a channel like this and I was wondering how you set up ur camera like that?

you can get a camera mount that clamps onto something and then point the camera/phone downward, it's called a gooseneck mount and you can get one for under $20. you can also get a tripod that allows you to rotate and point the camera downwards. you could also use a microphone stand with an adapter so the camera/phone mount can screw into it. or a tabletop mount for a phone. dunno what carmen uses but these are all options that you can try.
basically you just gotta find something to make the camera/phone record from above, there are plenty of options out there!
