I almost didn't believe it was him...but lines like "despite your negligence/you have been preapproved" show quite definitively exactly who it is. His way with a phrase, and how to turn it melodically, is instantly recognizable. The guy is truly gifted, and I do believe I'd take a bullet for him, if for no other reason than to ensure he keeps doing his thing. Cheers, Neil. This song, as un-Clutchy as it is, moved me in a different and very welcome way. Can't hide the hooks no matter how softly you sing 'em, sir!
What can't Neil Fallon do? This sounds so damn amazing and it isn't even on any clutch albums. He just has this beautiful gem floating around in space, because he's just that cool.
How can anyone not recognize his voice?Sick song.Love that they are all so spread out into other scenes and dont limit their talents to just one form. From El Rojo to TCB and everything inbetween. Its all damn good in my book!~
Chrome Peelers Records Volume One: You've Got Your Orders I believe the guy that started Chrome Peelers an indie label made up the song titles with no lyrics and gave them to musicians he had in his record collection and have them write lyrics and perform the song titles they had been given for a compilation album. It's hard to find! I have heard of it but never seen it. It's kinda like a 50ft shark. You know it's out there but nobody has ever seen it.
Nice one, I've also been listening to some other clutch side projects lately; The Bakerton Group (the band without Neil), Company Band (a Margera effort with Neil providing vocals) and Los Tres Pesados (a Jean Paul project). Of course the result of Clutch together: Pure Rock Genius.
My best shot at the lyrics, as I can't find it anywhere: I found a message in a bottle by the sea It read you're not a winner please keep drinking Like Yoko-Ono look good all the time A wood kimono would suit me just fine I saw the sparrow fly their angle contents As they relive themselves on hero's foreheads The pigeon returns bringing wonderful news Despite your negligence you've been pre-approved Like Yoko-Ono look good all the time A wood kimono would suit me just fine I wished upon a shooting star late at night In that the falling angel took much delight He said now boy you must not envy the rich And always be careful for what you may wish Like Yoko-Ono look good all the time A wood kimono would suit me just fine
....as they relieve themselves on hero's foreheads... the pigeon returns bringing wonderful news, despite your negligence you've been pre approved.... Yeah... the line proceeding eludes me as well :D
he said now boy you must not envy the rich, and always becareful for what you may wish like your gonna look good all the time, a ??? would suit me just fine.......... can someone please fill in these blanks? it would be very much appriciated thanks
If you listen to some of Neil's vocals off Jam Room eg. One Eyed Dollar, Gnome Enthusiast etc. It's not too different from what he's doing here - I think it's cool to hear him experiment with different sounds! Is this JP on drums? Sounds pretty similar at the end for sure!
@WashburnNN Neil playing guitar also. Most ppl don't recognize him as a guitar player but I have seen Clutch many times and he is actually a pretty good guitar player.
Yeah the drumming toward the end sounds like JP; kinda reminds me of the end of "Droid." Neils voice in this song obviously doesn't sound like most of his songs, but if you want to hear him sing in this range then listen to "Gnome Enthusiast" from Jam Room. WHAT I WANNA KNOW IS WHERE DID THIS COME FROM? Is this from the new "Basket of Egss" that is coming out soon?
@CodySchofield It's actually quite interesting. Chrome Peeler Records gave a few artists a song title and the artists made up the song for that title. It was limited to 1000 copies so it's pretty rare.
A bunch of artists were given concepts to work with. Hence "You've Got Your Orders". This is what Neil came up with. Not Clutchy by any means, but awesome nonetheless.
took me a few daze but I pieced most of it together... like yoko ono look good all the time = she didnt :) thus a wood kimono would not fit just fine :) you are not the winner please keep drinking.... only Neil could put that to lyrical expression and so well :) the illest ventriloquist this side of the missisippi!
@NEOPEAKOIL Wow. I'm an idiot now? That was a bit uncalled for. I dont recall calling you names. All I said was, that the whole thing has been debunked. It was all lies. All it will take on your part is a little research. I know there are people still preaching this concept, but there are still people saying abortion isn't murder. So, people tell falshoods to large masses all the time. Just because someone speak publicly on it, doesn't mean it's true or right.

Listen to Muchas Veces. It's on "The Elephant Riders". When he sings "so I went down to the riverside and I cried." it's the same voice.
Beautiful song!🌟👍👏❤️🙏🏻🌺😊
the man has excellent vocal and musical range. long live Neil and long live Clutch!!!
If I heard this on the radio, I never in my wildest dreams would have believed this was Neil...
awesome!!!
I wish they would put this in a movie so people listen to it. It's fucking awesome.
How can anyone not recognize his voice?Sick song.Love that they are all so spread out into other scenes and dont limit their talents to just one form. From El Rojo to TCB and everything inbetween. Its all damn good in my book!~
100% Clutch! Put this in the mix and you’d never question it!!

If somebody has trouble believing that it is really Neil singing here, just look up "Gnome Enthusiast" by Clutch.
Yessir!
max300988 my first thoughts-. Similar Fallon vocal style on Gnome Enthusiast
@@joshuarosenblatt Likewise. :)

Some Old Gary Stringer (REEF) vibes coming out there, FANTASTIC! Love it! 😎👊

Awesome, Never knew this existed. Huge Clutch fan, also like dave matthews, nice crossover almost....
amazing....
My best shot at the lyrics, as I can't find it anywhere:
I found a message in a bottle by the sea
It read you're not a winner please keep drinking
Like Yoko-Ono look good all the time
A wood kimono would suit me just fine
I saw the sparrow fly their angle contents
As they relive themselves on hero's foreheads
The pigeon returns bringing wonderful news
Despite your negligence you've been pre-approved
Like Yoko-Ono look good all the time
A wood kimono would suit me just fine
I wished upon a shooting star late at night
In that the falling angel took much delight
He said now boy you must not envy the rich
And always be careful for what you may wish
Like Yoko-Ono look good all the time
A wood kimono would suit me just fine
EARTH ROCKING!
That Volbeat tune got me here.
....as they relieve themselves on hero's foreheads... the pigeon returns bringing wonderful news, despite your negligence you've been pre approved....
Yeah... the line proceeding eludes me as well :D
Listen to Gnome Enthusiast of Jam Room and you will hear it is definitely Neil Fallon on this track.
nice pics
Killer tune
really years since someone commented on this????
+Marcus Sheffer I'll take the bait...
And so on...
..and...
....so on
@@FriedRys ... and on so...
Wow.
he said now boy you must not envy the rich, and always becareful for what you may wish like your gonna look good all the time, a ??? would suit me just fine.......... can someone please fill in these blanks? it would be very much appriciated thanks

unreleased demo of who clutch or bakerton?

had to listen twice to believe it. u can tell its clutch.
A bunch of artists were given concepts to work with. Hence "You've Got Your Orders".
This is what Neil came up with.
Not Clutchy by any means, but awesome nonetheless.
@benmarvin57 who dictates what occurs here?
I mean besides the commercialization of pretty much FN EVERYTHING...
What we do here is for us to decide!
Is this Neil Fallon from CLUTCH!?!?!?... I could kinda believe it.. But WOW!!! Neil Fallon singin like that!?!?!?
Clutch500000 think of how he sings on Gnome Enthusiast
freedom of speech, if you do not support it for all then you do not suport it at all.
Could be the new Cat Stevens.
does anyone have the lyrics?
Sounds like the "groovy" parts from Sabbath songs
What album is this from? Any Clutch enthusiasts out there who can clue me in?
if u still searching for, it's from ''you've got your orders, volume 1''
Where is this from?
lyrics???
i Got most of the lyrics but the first line of the second verse is stooping me any ideas?
You'll be back. ; )
ZEITGEIST MOVIE you fuckers you!!! :D
Do it!!! you owe it to your inner self :)
is he saying a wool kimono would suit me just fine?
How fucking relaxed is everyone right now? lol
LA Radd
My favorite comment !!!
@thunderpatch Remember....if you cut sideways you just want attention....up and down, you mean buisness
Better get the razorblades out then mate. =-)
took me a few daze but I pieced most of it together...
like yoko ono look good all the time = she didnt :)
thus a wood kimono would not fit just fine :)
you are not the winner please keep drinking....
only Neil could put that to lyrical expression and so well :)
the illest ventriloquist this side of the missisippi!
Is this genuinely him?
Yeah he sings like this on a lot of the softer Clutch stuff, and those guitar solos are really reminiscent of his live Clutch solos.
