    Sage speaks truth...he had 4 yrs of great coaches (because of his Dad's relationship) with veteran coaches who were able to stabilize the foundation and add their experience to the mix. The coaching braindrain has exposed his inability to truly coach.

    Yes, he should be fired because he's had numerous opportunities and never learns from his mistakes. It's possible we end up hiring someone worse than Kyle but I'm willing to take that chance. We already know what we're getting with Kyle and it's not a SB title.

    People that claim that Andy Reid in KC would be the same coach had he stayed in Philly understand absolutely nothing about causality. The experience of being let go by Philly and moving on to a new place enabled Reid having been humbled, to grow and become a truly great coach. Had he remained in Philly that would never have happened. It is the worst most ignorant argument possible to imagine that because KS resembles Philly Reid all the Niners need to do to is stay loyal to KS and he will somehow magically become KC Reid. without being humbled and having the opportunity to make a new start. Stunning that it is favoured by so many.

      Not only that. Philly won a SB with Doug Pederson, and then fired the guy a few years later!!!! Let that sink in. Phily organization will canned your azzz in the heartbeat. They will not fall in love with a coach even if they brought a SB to the city... Jed should take note. And who was Doug Pederson??? So this notion that there is "no else out there" is lame.

      Kyle's literally been here for eight years compared to other head coaches not that long. Tomlin has been in Pittsburgh for 17 years and has one Super Bowl show for it Kyle Shanahan has been to two Super Bowls multiple NFC title games in eight years. He has a track record of winning all you guys are saying Ben Johnson this Ben Johnson that Kyle Shanahan has two more Super Bowl appearances than Johnson two more NFC championship than Johnson three more NFC championship appearances And Kyle literally beat Ben Johnson in the NFC championship game like what are we talking about? If Ben Johnson can't even out coach, Kyle Shanahan why should he take his job?

      @ there's a couple current NFL head coaches with Super Bowl rings, Doug Peterson, Mike Tomlin, Andy Reid John Harbaugh and Sean, Peyton and none of us want Mike McCarthy or Doug Peterson as our head coach so even though you wanna do Kyle for it of 32 teams eight coaches have a Super Bowl ring and of that ladder. The only ones who have won a ring since Kyle became head coach, are McVay, Reid and Bruce Arian, and Doug peaderson so if you're talking about firing, Kyle Shanahan name somebody who you would suggest should be our next head coach because Ben Johnson has obviously proved that his offensive play calling in big games like an NFC championship game last year is not very good so name me one head coach who you believe the 49ers would have a chance at hiring this off-season who is better than Kyle Shanahan if you want to say Bill Belichick well then of course Bill Belichick, but that's the only one I know but you can go ahead and choose one

    you cant justify and keep making mistakes because of prior mistakes
    they didnt give harbaugh enough control and he was pushed out
    they try to atone by giving kyle too much and being afraid he will leave
    just because a guy can draw up plays it doesnt mean he is a great leader
    a head coach needs to be a leader 1st

    I don't understand what the hate is for Sorrenson,,,,we're the 6th ranked defense this year and we were only 8th last year. Objectively, we had better talent last year and less injuries, yet we're playing better overall this year. The reason we're 5-6 is because the defense isn't top 3 and can't carry us alone, like it did in years past - that and the HUGE fall off in productivity on offense and you get our shitty record. THAT is on Kyle as he completely runs the offense.....the league has figured out his play calling and he's too stubborn to adapt. At times, I feel like it's the Waterboy and the opposing DC is giggling on the sideline because he knows EXACTLY what we're going to do on offense. I don't know if we need to fire Kyle, but someone needs to step in and ensure that there are changes on that side of the ball......mostly, STOP DOWNPLAYING THE VALUE OF THE OLINE! Now that teams are reacting to the stretch runs, we have lost all ability to run the ball, because we can't lineup and just beat people off the ball.

    Firing Shanahan after this season is premature. However, some coaching changes do need to be made, more specifically the DC and the special teams coaches. Also, Shanahan needs to officially hire a OC. Preferably, a veteran offensive minded coach that can help Kyle with his in game play calls and adjustments!

  • @jemzbundzdobo7310
    @jemzbundzdobo7310 23 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

    they would keep him for sure, the yorks like the guy..so the only option is to get him a offensive coordinator like how the chiefs have reid and matt nagy as his offensive coordinator..the one they should fired is the defensive coordinator and get a guy that runs a belichick style defensive scheme, the belichick system always give andy reid offenses problems and the belichick defensive system can give offenses different looks, they dont play on one base defense scheme, belichick system would have four defensive lineman to start the game than next they switch to a three defensive linemans, same thing with his secondary, he always mixed up coverage in the secondary, the 49ers needs this..they need new defensive scheme and some big-tough offensive linemans..enough with the lanky small offensive lineman that mike shanahan and kyle love to draft.
