I'm worried with the amount of key players leaving all at once, no big club have transitioned like this, this next season is going to be difficult

@@mariocfc2308 Don't want that and neither think it was all the players fault. But the reality is, if all of these players leave the only people with identity and experience in the club will be Reece James and Chilwell, the rest of the squad is mostly new, new manager, new training and medical staff, that will not work, I've got zero expectations for next season if it keeps like that.

@@mariocfc2308 It doesn't need to be worse than last season, but if we fail to once again get champions league football, that affects the players, their salaries, their motivation and overall makes if even more difficult to get CL in the following season. Football is a people sport, we can't look at it like Fifa, we saw last season the consequences of sacking managers, leadership, staff and hiring a bunch of players all at once, it doesn't work like that...
We finished 12th. We need this clear out and with Poch even with new players we won't be as bad.

One thing I love about watching nini is that even tho it’s a video, it still feel like we communicating live , look at the guy laughing and enjoying his content I like that
40m bid for Mason Mount is crazy low. Anything less than 65m is taking a loss.
Also, watching those Onana highlights makes me think he's another boated fish, just flopping around trying to draw fouls. Don't need more of that in the squad.

How many players are we going to bring and then have to let go because we are unable to fully utilize them...we know these players are really talented but hiring Potter Lampard will not get them performing at their best
@@athininyontso2517 whatever it takes to get the team to a level where everyone knows their role inside out, sub n all. That’s what teams like City & even Newcastle have started doing…. Especially the Mourinho team of olde, that was a solid team from defence to attack. We need a proper team that plays as a team, It’s not an easy job in the slightest but it’s got to be done if we want to be successful
@@GullyFootTony I totally agree buddy hence the problem I have is we are letting everyone go. There is no familiarity amongst players what we have it's individuals and we are just focused on shipping everyone out instead of getting the team to perform as one.

If players don't feel loved, they'll agree to whoever wants them because they wouldn't want to kill their young careers. Kai came, saw and conquered. Our problem has been the midfield , I remember then Mourinho turn down deco just because is too short and he can’t avoid to have 2 short guy in midfield, but now we are not looking at those aspects in football again and that is what is affecting us , for example look at Kova, kova is the most laziest midfielder had seen in my life kove cant track player more than 5 second before he gave up, I remember the game against Bayern Kova was just standing looking , he doesn’t track is man and most goals score in that 7-1 are from players mark by Kova, so signing hard guy like onona who never lazy to track u will help us a lot

Havertz has two years left on his contract and he is young who has won May trophies. His value should be around £80ml
Man U want mount who is also young at 24yrs and won many trophies with one year left on his contract

I think we should take the risk and keep Mount for next season and work out a new contract then...
A big no to selling any key players to our direct rivals this summer. We need to keep the core intact for another season, convincing them players about the same. And then if things don't work out maybe sell them next summer. But I strongly believe coming season is gonna be real good for our lads. So fingers crossed

I am fine with any player leaving for the right price.
These players can't absolve themselves from where we have found ourselves. Instead of tying their shoes and prepare to fight to take chelsea back to the top, most of them are sulking and asking to leave.
Sometimes the best way to rebuild is to break the old structure.
We don't need onana and if so then it would better to activate the buy option of Dennis Zakaria they are pretty similar

I want to assume we are going for Caicedo and Amadou Onana, but I will prefer we go for Habib Diarra of Strasbourg. He is far better and I think he is more suited to a possession team like us.

i said this some weeks ago when Mount to Utd news came up. We have become a selling club like Arsenal under Wenger. Instead of offering our experience players good deal, we prefer to offer them low wages or sell to anyone regardless if they are local rivals, as long as the price is right. How can we compete if we have this mentality? Arsenal did that back then and they went trophyless for many years. We are busy buying kids and offering them very low wages. After we develop them in the next 2 to 3 years and they are excellent players, then they want a higher salary (which we can't offer to them), this board will sell them to rivals and those rivals benefit greatly from our hard work. The only people i feel sorry for are the fans and manager
