They get monthy money allowances from the government. The more children they have the more money they receive. Look at them they have nice clothes and they look clean, thats why they are happy. They just not aware of their sorroundings, and how to keep it clean. That's why education is very important That's what I see in the video.
I understand being poor and all, but why not clean around you. If everyone does it (because there's literally an enabled body on every inch of all the areas you filmed), it'll be clean. How do they do it? They're brave.

韌性是一個優點。 但是沒有記起這次的教訓，每個人只顧自己的重建，卻忘了規劃逃生或是不再發生火災事件，還有建立公共路線，盡力使用防火建材，恢復太快不是一件好事情，應該建立救難基金會讓世界善心組織捐款，與合法方式取得政府協助。
