Very good info. Having been a qb the snap from under center is way harder than people know. You can't see the ball but feel the ball. You have use that upper hand as a target for the center and I would always raise it 1 inch to apply pressure to let the center know where my top hand was. The Qb has to move with the center as the center is moving to his blocking assignment as the ball is coming up. I took EVERY snap under center in my career and we used to start practice every day for the first 10 minutes just getting the snap. YOu can't just wank out on the field and get a clean snap from center. It takes a lot of practice.
