Yesssss for not just doing neutral all of the time. Sometimes I start doing a bunch of neutral looks and liking it, and then all it takes is for me to take one day doing a colorful look and it is back on again.

For the eyeliner, it kind of looks like an Elf one I just bought, but I only used it once. The one time I used it, it ran down my face during the day (like, all down my cheek to my jawline) and I haven't wanted to risk it since. :(
