Mera common rank 522 category rank 221 maine preference me nild bpt or bot diya tha mujhe abhi tak allot nhi hua ,kya mujhe mop up Tak milega??? please reply bhaiya😢

Sir, I had a category rank of 18 and Overall of 397.. and I filled the choice of Delhi BOT..but didn't got allotment letter.. whereas my friend got category rank of 17 she got bpt in Delhi can you pls share..the possible reasons for this..?
