Bless him. Sylvester McCoy was a great Doctor, sadly hampered by stupid time and budget constraints. I've met him twice and he is an extremely pleasant man.
WimpyKelv12 We tend to use imperial for people's heights (and distances, and milk/beer), so a person would be 5' 4" but if they were standing next to a shelf of the same height, that would be 163 cm. Confused?
Also, this being an old report, people slipped into imperial more easily. I'm not that old and I still remember the weather being given in farenheight for those who didn't get centigrade.
He had so much potential. Unfortunately, time, budget and popularity completely destroyed the show in the mid to late eighties and poor Sylvester's tenure was not one of the best (despite my undying fondness for that era in the show's history)
