The story itself based on the title itself, Contrapasso (or, in modern Italian, contrappasso) is derived from the Latin contra and patior, which mean "suffer the opposite". Contrapasso refers to the punishment of souls in Dante's Inferno, "by a process either resembling or contrasting with the sin itself." and about Paradiso is about a paradise after Contrapasso.
Another story tells about a clock, or something like clock-making machine which causing the surroundings become time-loop and you can see, at 1:38 the clock-making machine has been successfully created that giant clock machine things and it should be destroyed by missiles at 1:45 and yes, that giant clock machine finally destroyed at 2:01.
