This looks Divinely Delicious, I have to try this Combination Matthew, I always make the Fried Dried Fish/Salt Fish in a Tomato Based Chutney or in a Mixed Veg Curry ( Potatoes/Green Banana/ Madumbi ( Taro Root) Butter Beans/ Gem Squash, Green Beans,Moringa Pods etc) it's very Delicious....
