A triphthong is a monosyllabic vowel combination (diphthong + vowel in ONE syllable), for axample in the word 'hour' in English. All the ones above are actually a diphthong followed by a schwa sound but in two separate syllables. That is not the same and not a triphthong. If you know the IPA you could transcribe any language you hear, even if you don't speak it or know what is being said. Linguists use it to write down new/ unknown languages to learn them.

Some phonemic symbols look the same as the letters, e.g. the letter 'g' and the sound /g/ share the same symbol. The slash shows you that this is the sound, not the letter. I hope this helps! But difficult to explain briefly in a comment, but ok I'll try: Glottalized t: this appears mostly in the UK, e.g. the way some speakers say 'water' more like 'wa'er' - the /t/ has disappeared and instead we have a glottal stop sound. It is associated with a certain dialect and many people would pronounce a /t/ or /d/ (= American English). You can listen to a few examples in this short video: th-cam.com/video/-8O0mgb8ehY/w-d-xo.html Elided /t/ refers to elision (I have a full video on that topic). It is a natural feature of connected speech and means that the final /t/ sound in a word often disappears, e.g. in 'next week' the /t/ is gone (= elided /t/). Hello! If it is used as a main verb it is usually stressed. However, if it is used as an auxiliary verb it usually isn't - unless it is in the negative form, then sometimes it is.

Hello Swathi, good question: that depends on the instructions in the exam. But when you have to transcribe a full sentence (not just an individual word), usually the exam asks us to transcribe it as someone would say it naturally, i.e. including features of connected speech which I go over in the second transcript. Best check with your professor!
Don't worry, I expect whoever is testing you will take your accent etc into consideration. Even us fluent English speakers (I'm British so English is my first language) pronounce words differently.
