Thanks for the tip on the software upgrade. The program card is very reasonable and a great tool. I think it's like $29 or so. I sure do like the 4s Outcast. Nice job on the video. 👍🏁
If your batteries are cold they will not hold voltage like they should. They should not be below room temperature or you may have bad voltage sag. If you heat them up on a heater before you install them power will be ballistic.
Yeah it’s been happening to me also I mostly notice 8s
I noticed with timing at default and lvc at default truck does same ,my brand new 9000mah 120c 4s lipos but on lvc at 1 and timing at 3 i run mine for atleast 30min hard
Hey Phillyswords, does you light kit have control pannel, if so you may need a power moduel so your light dont use a lot of power. If the esc needs to be updated then something is wrong, hope you get issue fixed.
I just ordered one am i going yo have to do this update too out of the box or is this a battery issue
Just turn down the lvc, and you'll be fine .
You might try lowering your low voltage cutoff. The amp pulls may be dropping them below that momentarily so the esc is cutting out.
That's exactly what is happening. It a little annoying. I turned it down from 3.6 to 3.2. But that's too low so I have to be careful.
can you explain i have a new Kraton V2.5 but i dont know what a voltage cut off is, Im new and just got the car.
@timvoght4866 it only cuts out at full throttle from 3 to 5 seconds. You should be fine. The lvc is at 3.5. .I put mine at 3.2.
Get program card set low voltage cut off to 3.2v wont have issues and lipos be safe still i also have the v2.5 @timvoght4866
Do you have auxiliary lights ? Also what's your C rating ?
No I'm waiting for a different light kit. 120c
They are one of the coolest looking RCs in my opinion
Battery
Ames big difference in speed right…what battery do you like?perfect spot to open that beast up
Power Hobby 6000mah 120c
It’s not cold enough to be cold amp draw problem
In my opinion.
Hope you get it sorted out real soon
Mabey there is a solder point that is bad from factory
It was the lvc .
Strange that it does that
I don't really understand why you set the brakes to 75%, as already in 3s when you put the brakes on, the back rises 🤦🏻🤦🏻
I fixed that already.
Thanks for watching
I really like the roof light skid plate , where did you buy it from
It's a traxxas Sledge roof plate, but I modified it and installed the lights. It's a little too big, but I made it work.
Thanks for watching
Time to invest in some new and better quality lipos playa.
