Sweetheart, you are so inspiring and stringful. It is wonderful to see a cellist become one with their instrument, and you absolutely do that. I love what you do, and admire your determination to continue. I use to be a hornist (French horn). I played some lead rolls, but nothing like what you do. I love you and your work. Don't stop. Jerry
Well, now that she's back from raising her children and caring for a dying mother, the "glamor" days are past, so that now we can all concentrate on her playing - with her many awards she's no slouch! And she's got her 'stage moves' persona going here. :-) Not quite as theatrical as DuPre was.
Not true. There is only one tone in the arpeggio which is not fine. And I never heard that pressure on the bow has to do with left hand intonation..? I think she plays very fine.

Ouch! The notes she played at the beginning were out of tune! Too much pressure on the bow.

She was famous before you were even born !
Because her husband a long time ago worked for a recording and publishing studio.
