    Nice I roasted Char Siu last night b/c was out of in freezer. I roast & then wrap small portions & put all in labeled freezer bag. Specific purpose is for Shrimp & Char Siu Fried Rice!! Thank You Sir

    What heat throughout the cooking process? I know at the beginning how to spot season the wok - but I keep running into issues when I add food to the wok. The food cools the stainless steel wok and ends up sticking. Do you keep the heat medium low or medium high or high after putting rice in?
