Kate covers the entire process from prepping, planting fertilizing, harvesting and storage. She represents the farming community in a very positive manner. I find this very interesting, and I am amazed at how much equipment it takes to get the job done. A huge investment of money. Then add all the time the farmer works. I appreciate and thank the farmer who keeps us fed. God bless the farmer. :)
🇺🇲Hello again Kate🙋. I got a pop up suggested video of this video and I checked it and I could not believe that I did not see this one. I could tell because it was not "liked". I have watched every one of your videos and still can't believe that I missed this one. I really loved it like all your videos. It was cool that you had the day off that day and gave everyone the opportunity to see the grain bins. Once again you get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in my book👍 THANK YOU!....BYE👋🇺🇲
I think I like this little gal and her videos so much because Im a child at heart and so are my sisters. We have sooo much in common growing up on wheat farms. I grew up a 2 miles from where my dad did and we could see the one room schoolhouse from the kitchen window that he went to second grade in. We just have a few more trees and rivers. My dad was alot like yours seems. He was strict and down to business. But he did know how to enjoy fun things like your dad does flying. I never got to take him up in my airplane. You are a jewel Kate. Everyone else notices it too. People aren't like you in big city areas. I travel all over this country and alot of people just seem empty and dull. Not everyone. But its common. Youre more like what Im used to in our family. So nice to see others with a similar upbringing. 😁
I encourage you to do a video on grain bin saftey. In the 80s I did some grain bin saftey talks at some local high school FFA . I was with my brother at the top door of the grain bin when he jumped into the grain. We were emptying the bin and a crust had formed with a void below it , he was immediately covered in grain and suffocated . To this day I still feel some guilt. The local fire chief talked me into going with him to some local schools , it really helped me to know I did something to get the word out about grain bin saftey .
Thank you for your incredible story! I am very sad for the loss of your brother. I agree that grain bin safety is of utmost importance!!! Thank you for your wonderful and kind suggestion. Thank you for making a difference by talking at the high school too!!!!!! You are amazing!
I really like seeing the younger generation of the kids that are willing to take over the farm and I am really happy to see that the women are doing great in the farming industry because they can make a difference in it it makes me really happy so Kate please keep up the great job that you are doing and do what ever you can to learn as much as you can from your dad and grandpa and please keep showing the guys that you can do what ever they can do and always show them up at all the time ok and please keep going with the videos because I have really been enjoying them
What a great young lady. Your explanations of how and why you do things are way better than other ag channels. You appear to be genuinely genuine! I too drove a combine at age 16. That was over 40 years ago. I remember it took all my concentration to coordinate all the controls back then, header height, reel height and speed, ground speed, etc. A little easier in the modern machines with so much automation. Anyway, great job Kate.
I live in northern Saskatchewan and harvest is just about done up here. I used to love hauling freight through Montana because there was such a variety of landscape as you drove through. you are lucky to still have your grandfather working with you and to be able to have such a wide open sky to call your own. I love the vids and hearing the perspective of someone your age who is genuinely appreciative of all they've been blessed with. keep the vids coming
Kate, I’ve been with you from the beginning. You’re doing a great job with your videos. With well spoken, educated young woman like yourself, American agriculture has a bright future.
That is quite the video and your right it’s quite the operation them hoppers on the trucks sure make it easier for unloading and much faster in my middle years I worked in a feed mill and all the grain came in box cars and we would have to unload them by hand and like you the barley was the worse to unload the dust would plug me up and I’d dig and scratch so itchy he wheat was the best and the cleanest oats were pretty good as well but it was always a pleasure to see them hopper cars so much easier and better never had to get inside of them and your right the Montana skies are absolutely gorgeous love the billowing clouds it is magnificent you did a great job always impressed with your videos so well done … thanks again Kate god bless …..
I am from Texas a farming state. I have been through many small towns with these exact same type grain bins and the unloading auger and really haven’t paid attention to them. But thanks to this video especially, I will know what they are, know how a grain truck unloads into them and what an unloading auger is sitting next to them. It is amazing all these years and I just never knew or researched. But thanks to one Kate’s Ag video I am more informed.
Some folks might find that country boring, but I think there is a beauty to the wide open spaces and abundance of sky. Thanks for sharing. I think your videos will appeal to young people who don't know anything about farming.
Stumbled on your site a few days ago.. Impressive young lady, your parents should be proud of what you are becoming...keep it up, maintain your humbleness 👍👍
I don't think you Dad will have any trouble , you have a good handle on how to get things done . Nothing like farming , it will educate you . Great video Miss Kate
Thank you for putting up videos, I was watching farms videos yesterday and my granddaughter walked over to me and asked about your videos, so we went through all your videos and she watched everyone of them. Thank you for that, not once did she get on her cell phone, I have been unable to kept her off that phone but did for 6 hours. You have a new fan.
What a fun video. The production side of agriculture at its best! Looks like a top-notch operation. Thanks for sharing this video with all of us Kate...take care and be safe.
Sorry Kate, I got ahead of myself and should have read more about you. Appears you are well into brand recognition and should be quite successful in years ahead. Young entrepreneur in the making.
Greetings from Oklahoma. I’ve been watching your videos since you started, and have to confess that I’ve had doubts. However, as I’ve thought about it, I believe I see the potential. A whole new demographic, most of whom probably have no clue of where their food comes from beyond the local supermarket. So keep learning, keep sharing, and keep up the good work. I wish you all the success in the world.
Kate's Ag - Farm to Fashion your welcome Kate. Just found your channel the other day, really enjoying your videos. Keep the videos coming. Beautiful fields of gold there.
Great Job Kate. I still love the views of the land and of the old school house. I do have to say the Hopper Trailers are kinda cool to see in action. You can open the Doors or Gates which ever you prefer to call them and let the product out. either slow like you have shown or wide open like if you were at the Grain Elevator that have the large pit to dump them into. Quick story about the clouds, I use to work at a large airport and used to fuel the airplanes. Some of the tires are about the same size as the tractor tires you use on the farm. now standing next to the large planes and then watching them take off and fly next to the clouds you can really see just how big they really are when you have something to compare them against. Thanks for reading the comments Kate and looking at the suggestions. and with this I will say Thank you for the video Kate looking forward to next week, to see what you have in store for us.
Kate's Ag - Farm to Fashion going up to the top of the bins like that reminds me in the computer game I play called farming simulator 19, some of grain bin set ups that are mods have the stair rails on them like in real life bins and lets you walk to the top and if you not pay attention you fall to the ground but you don’t have injuries or worse in the game but in real life I’d think if someone fell from that height it could be fatal or have bad injuries.
Kate's Ag - Farm to Fashion you are welcome, I think when anyone that needs to up the high to the bins should use a buddy system unless you are extremely experienced in being safe climbing up to the bins..I know accidents can happen at any given time.

Yes, the wheat in the grain bin is hard red winter wheat and also War Horse in other bins. Wheat Montana is a really neat place. We just got a grain mill and I am very excited to try it. Thank you for your comment.
Thank you for feeding America and the world. I also grew up on a grain farm in Minnesota and am thankful for the experience. How many more acres do you have left to harvest? Praying you stay safe during this harvest. God bless.

God bless.
We have pretty much wrapped up harvest and are getting ready to start seeding. Thank you so much for your kind words.
You should be going up the ladder using two hands young lady, great video
