Really great tutorial! However ... if your training dataset already contains the column of "the probability of admission", that means you already have a set of well established rules for prediction, why do you need this ML model to be trained at the first place? Looks like a paradox here.

How many pre-labeled data points did you feed in? Did you also try the full training method and can tell the deviation?
