Hi, Love this challenge. Just so you know, the volume is a bit low and could not hear very well. Nice house. I looked up the rules for the challenge - thanks for the link. I am thinking of starting this challenge, as well, only I would probably do it rags-to-riches style starting with 0 simoleons. Nice house download.
