I think we’ll likely just keep the SVG for Cricut as a download...on the website. The Don is so large making stickers for him is not cost effective. I think they’d cost too much and folks won’t buy them. 🙁

The top of the don head svg file has ridges, the don head does not (it is round) So the vinyl at the top of the head will stick up, so it will not lay properly how do you fix that

Ms Bettye, The Cricut explore air will work for cutting the foam but not for cutting the wood. The Maker will allow you to cut Balsawood. If you will buy the 11 x 17 foam sheet from Michael’s you can cut it on your Cricut air explore. That’s how I made my first diva wreath.
I really can’t say Miss Deborah. I saw the yarn at Walmart and just thought it would work well for his hair. There were several female ones with yarn already out as well.
I download the beard today and I see on the cricut it prompts me to go to a larger mat. Should this SVG file be resize for the head or just print it out as it is?

Spray paint in advance a sleeve of staples in matte black paint and this will make them blend in even more with the yarn.

Very nice! How do you prevent the spray adhesive from clogging? I've thrown 2 full cans away because of clogging.
I run my nozzle under very hot water which usually helps! Unfortunately I’ve thrown away a few too 😢

sworley1956 just as it is...it fits our silhouette perfectly. But I cut my vinyl a little longer and used my regular mat.😉
