Follow your dream, I went to Arts Ed and not academic at all and I’m still performing at the age of 50! In Musical theatre, it’s a tough road but if your committed you’ll do it x

this was extremely interesting Coco! just one thing that stood out to me a little is that you said that you are doing a lot of ballet now. i did ballet for 15 years of my life and i’m 17 now. i had to get surgery on my left ankle 2 weeks ago because of lots of hours of doing ballet and also because of the points. this might sound weird, but please look after your feet and be very careful. lots of love !!💕

This was so interesting to hear about your school and college! Where I live in the States it is very hard to get into artistic fields. I did Fine Arts and Interior Design and loved it. But unfortunately colleges here make you take TONS of courses outside of your degree and that was very annoying, as it takes so much time away from what could have been spent studying in your major.

Yes, the system is much antiquated and college felt like a repeat of high school, where required classes are concerned.

I know I’ll never go do MT but I think because of that, I find this so interesting. I just go to a normal secondary school and I’m going to a standard university next year. But MT schools are so different and I love it. It looks so fun and rewarding ❤

Such an interesting video Coco! I was totally the opposite to you at school, very academic & from a family of dreamers and introverts ✨ but I loved hearing about musical theatre college. The audition process sounded so intense! Well done for getting into your chosen college, it sounds like you worked hard for it 👏

So interesting to hear your perspectives. I also dance Contemporary but I love that it stays a hobby and not turns into something professional. So there is no pressure.
I wish you all the best on your creative journey and that you can express yourself. I also started buying Crystals when I was around 15/16. I was fascinated by the meaning behind every stone and it helped me with soothing headaches.

So in the US we have some schools like that, but the most famous one us the high school of preforming arts in New York were Fame was filmed. Jennifer Aniston went there. We also have University/colleges like that too. Juliard is the main one, Robin Williams went there. So did Christopher Reeves they were roommates. William Shatner and Christopher Plummer went there too and they were roommates too
