I am a assistant instructor in Krav Maga at our school. However I only assist with it, most of what I do is from my previous experience in other systems. I was never trained fully in Krav, so I've been looking around for videos and such to enhance what I know about it. I've practised American Boxing , karate shotokan and others but I truly found responses and pleasure with Krav Maga thanks to OIS techniques : its efficiency and its positive spirit. We fight and counter attack for peace and life, it pushes you to the best !
Thanks for sharing this ❤️ It helps specially when in times of depending your self, I was attack last July and I was so very scared during that time because no body was with me at that time only me and my baby, and that day forward I promise to my self to learn how to defense my self in case emergency , well never know every day is a scary time and we have to be ready ,
I’ve seen Krav Maga up close and personal at demonstrations and in a fight and it is frighteningly brutal. Your groin, ears, nose, eyes and more are all fair game. In a real fight I saw a KM master break a guys leg, clavicle and nose in less than 20 seconds. It was the first time I ever heard of that style and it frightened me because as a kid in the 80’s karate and Kung fu were the styles we knew from movies. KM was a style we never saw before and I only wish there was an instructor in my town because I would’ve loved to learn that.

I want to thank God for first helping me to be apart of krav maga and the pure krav maga not the mixed versions. Secondly this is the true version of krav maga. Theres so many diluted versions of this both in the United States and the UK.

I Love Krav Maga simplicity and basic movements and effectiveness. I incorporated this Military fighting art into my own fighting system " Tavares Fighting Method TFM..
This is good comedy. As Tyson said... everyone has a plan till you get punched in the face. This fancy choreography only works in a structured attack. Most fights are unstructured.
