I usually make this with cherry tomatoes frying w/ garlic & olive oil. Adding pasta water . Now I’m going to try it Lisa’s way sounds way easier 👍💜

tried 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Not even close. Then I tried 330 for 45 minutes. Still not enough. Not sure what to try next, probably 400 for 45 minutes. The taste was better than I thought it would be though. Definitely one of the better recipes.

Sometimes I wonder if she considers Croatia her home, because her birthplace of Istria has been lost to Croatia. Well, she surely seems to have an affiliation to Southern Italy though, perhaps 'cause all of the Southern Italians in the US. I would've thought she'd identify more with Veneto or Friuli-Venezia-Giulia, especially, since these regions share historical and geographical connections with Istria and Dalmatia.
The only problem is I don't like pasta and I don't like cherry tomatoes. I like the presenter though. She gives a lot of information about the dish and the ingredients. I might try another recipe. Thank you.
