Four Fear Nots of Christmas - Fear Not, Joseph

Today, Pastor Walker brings the third of four messages in the series “The Four Fear Nots of Christmas.” This morning we look at the faith of Joseph. Although very little is said about him, Joseph trusted God and did not fear. May the Lord use this message to remind us when we are faced with the unknown, our God is still faithful!

Based on the verses about Joseph, we know he was a hard-working, spiritual man who cared more about God’s will than his fleshly desires. He was totally surrendered to what God told him to do - and the cost was huge. He didn’t need to have everything figured out before he obeyed. He didn’t know what they would do or how it would work. He didn’t know that they would have to flee to Egypt. He didn’t know that His son would be rejected and killed. There were a lot of unknowns, and Joseph was content to serve silently in the background.
Remember: Are you a quiet, behind-the-scenes kind of person who serves the Lord in the background? God knows who you are, He sees you, and He’s not going to forget anything you do for Him - don’t fear!
