I have a doubt on this sentence 'Do you mind if i leave early today?'. Here -ing is not used then how to guess this type answers?

Could we use the word 'please 'at the end?
Yes, we can. But do not forge to add a ''coma'' before the word ''please''.

Dear Aya. if you write a complete sentence then, I can give you a clearer answer. I have been to Paris before. (have- present perfect tense auxiliary- be (been-past participle form of the verb). It means I have visted this city sometime in the past. I hope I was able to answer your question. If not, please let me know. I will try to explain further.
