Not so fast ! our current state government is loaded w RINOS who are trying to throw in a bunch of anti 2A bills after the Chiefs parade the other day and i'm sure you are aware the SAPA is under attack
yeah no doubt the inflation is pretty sick! You can always offer lower too, but if people are buying, it will hold them prices up for awhile.. We are looking at some new ones that have been on market for awhile anyway.
I actually just drove through that county in late September taking the "backroads" from Lake of the Ozarks to Springfield. The green leaves on the trees shows you must have been there about the same time?? That area is certainly backroads....even Amish living near there. You'd be at least 5 hours away from your present house...but I guess I would still come and stop by once in a while.
That was in October I just getting around to sharing them I wasn't sure what I was going to post or not. Actively looking at stuff right now and having short road trips to help me get through winter :-)
Love this property.
I always enjoy touring farms! Leave Illinois and come to Missouri where the 2A is applauded!
Boom!!! You got that right!

My place isn't far from my house. I looked at this awhile back. Most properties around here want more than what they are worth in my opinion

As others have said always good to have a tour round new properties 👍 have fun 👌
It's good to continue your education when you're shopping for land that's for sure and it's usually a fun ride in the woods :-)
Great property!
rocking that jason aldean nice!
Happy new year 😊
Same to you! Thanks
Nice place, I do enjoy the stuff
Thank you I enjoy continuing to educate myself on the real estate market and what's available looking for the next forever place..
Share some financial stuff on properties and how you finance vs cash etc my friend
I will do that on future land investment vids, thanks. We have to be very creative for sure, and have a good lender's backing.
You can always come check out weakley county west Tennessee good fertile soil big deer rolling hills my farm is 10 miles from mayfield Kentucky line
I may open up the list but Tennessee seems to be more expensive for bigger chunks of land with not as much choice in something we could afford

I wonder how much the property tax would be on this place every year?
My concern is how many locast trees are out there as for having flat tires constantly
Yep well that is part of living in the woods for sure, I carry tire patch kits and all of my machines LOL thanks
Dallas county, where have I heard that name before? 🤔
Hmmm.. Texaco?
