How to Use 4 color pad printing machine

nicely done, i have operated many pad print machines, and this is very tight registration. kudos to the operators. always print the separate colors, and trap them with the black print at the end.

So when the rubber pad is installed onto the rubber pad holder we just use a wood screw. Would the screw not damage the rubberpad over time? Otherwise is there another solution? Maybe glueing the wooden part of the rubberpad to a metal plate with and then using normal screws to hold them? Do you sell that?
