wow congrats on making the team with only 3 months experience that’s great! my biggest advice would be just be willing to learn and be coachable and know that you will get better with time with swimming it takes a bit to get techniques down (sry this is a rly long comment lol)
i think i just regret quitting swimming rn, my dad is a former national swimmer of my country and i had to swim cos of him, then i quit in 2020 after my comeback to the pool in 2016, now i think i shld go back , but most of my friends had left alr, so i have no friens rn.-. maybe i shld start swimming again
I swim lifeguards but would love to swim competitively. would you recommend it? (14/german/swimming for 10 years) i also do gymwheel, I also swim 1x a week so far and from what I've seen, the other training would be 3x or 4x a week.
