Dimash is phenomenal, onset from the eighth octave is incredible. I have never heard anyone start from the eighth octave with control. Mostly singers use glissando from the sixth octave and reach high notes that way( like gergia brown) . Dimash has control even in the eighth octave.
I assume he has warm up before and more importantly he has a huge imaginary instrument inside his head, where he seemingly able to pull any notes at any given time (without pre-note like glissando). Also, I suspect he is capable of greater range than what he has shown so far in order for him to control the ones within precisely.
It's Dimash all the way - I mean, who else has the vocal control to put vibrato on a perfectly pitched D8 whistle note?! Not to mention, he sings up to an F6 in head voice/falsetto - that's without using whistle! - so sweetly, and with perfect control... the man's a vocal BEAST!

There is so much different when a singer hit D6 and opera singer hit d6... like ariana is not a opera ...so when she hit d6 its actually like a whistle...but When opera singer like queen or diamsh hit d6..it's actually headboice and incude a vibrato in it....it's pure And powerful d6 than Whistle d6

Nova Miller has a really high tessitura, I was in cultural shock when I realized hers was actually higher than Ariana’s. But yeah, she has almost a cartoon-like light voice, and thus hellava range. The only singer I know who attempted Ariana’s problem a semi-tone higher😂
I'm probably in the minority here but find the whistle note irritating, feels more like a trick than vocals that are pleasant to listen to. I suppose Carey was the first one everyone took notice of. Plus, it's not always given that the rest of the voice has great tone
The thing Zane did at 1:22 is not whistle that is very much headvoice. I know they can sometimes be hard to tell apart for less developed ears but it irritates my soul when people who clearly don't comprehend not all 6th octave notes have to be whistle.
Perfect example that because you you have access to the whistle register doesn't mean that your prodigal like we seeing here there are people with that can reach higher notes than Mariah Carey but Mariah Carey can actually do something which is not common she can articulate words and whistle register completely clean she can access her whistle in the space of a syllable from chest or head and the other thing I mean all of them are great like I said but the other thing that I mean that Mariah is more proficient than it is because she's over 50 she's still doing it and since she writes and produces the music she has a very good grasp of what she can do with this amazing thing another great thing is that she can texturize her whistles on demand she's choosing she's also placing them strategically depending on who comes the next day it's the people from the day before so it's quite an undertaking Mariah uses her whistle like I said for expressing something however she also uses her whistle not as a person that can access it and simply wants to show up the placement of her whistles are very specific they are meant to convey something so you have bright whistles like and there's got to be a way or emotions and then you have different let me call them different whistles because they're in the background or you have whistles like the ones used I heard something like a burner definitely exquisite Maria has been so placement make sense and it's
