Today, I walked into the garden, where ripe golden pineapples glowed brightly next to lush green leaves. Under the golden sunlight, I carefully harvested each sweet pineapple and brought it home. With enthusiastic help from my mother-in-law, I prepared the ingredients and embarked on the task of turning fresh pineapples into sweet, fragrant pineapple candies. In the small kitchen, the scent of pineapple spreads into the air, filling every corner. My mother-in-law and I work non-stop, each pineapple candy we make contains our effort and affection. When the pineapple candies were completed, we enjoyed the sweetness melting on our tongues. Finally, I brought those passionate pineapple candies to the market, confidently displaying the charming products. Seeing the satisfied eyes of customers makes me feel joy in my heart. Khi trời rất nóng tôi thích làm món gỏi gà với dứa:
Thịt gà luộc xé thành từng dải, không có xương.
Miếng dứa chia thành khối.
Rau diếp, lá bạc hà, cà chua, hành tây và ngô.
Nước sốt phủ lên món salad là sốt hồng (trộn sốt mayonnaise, sốt cà chua và một ly rượu mạnh).
Dứa có tác dụng lợi tiểu, giúp loại bỏ chất lỏng bằng cách cải thiện huyết áp. Nó có nhiều chất xơ và giúp bạn giảm cân. Nó cũng chứa một chất có tính axit giúp cải thiện sự hấp thụ glucose trong tế bào và được khuyên dùng cho người mắc bệnh tiểu đường.
