      Go on a marae and you will hear the old people speaking it fluent. Sad that our generation cant speak it or even most of the generation before me. But good to see its on the rise again.

    Kia ora Tama Iti. Our family grew up in Tuhoe, my grandfathers mother was from that area. We also are from Tuwharetoa and Maniapoto region on my grandmothers side (Mothers side) My great grandmother was from the Te Arawa region, She was a Ratema. On my fathers side.

    Brilliant work tàma, i've done nz wars rnz esp to hear you speake te reo maori. You were the best reason to wattch, but i can find the fluent reo te maori on those rnz videos. Roromatè given by paud to serve and protect doesn't help. As a welshman, who has met you, i have nothing but respect for you. Yacki da
