The common cuckoo (Cuculus canorus) is a common bird throughout Eurasia and is famous for its cuckoo call. It also is one of the few animals with parasitic behaviour in the family aspect. The cuckoo female lays its eggs in othe birds nests (mainly smaller birds like warblers).
