Nice job on your sisters jacket! I know that’s such a pain in the butt when you have such a large button and you’re using the auto buttonhole maker. I do them manually using a plain smaller zigzag stitch with a larger zigzag for the bar tack on each end. I bet there are a lot of TH-cam videos on it! However, you did a phenomenal job on lining up yours!
