If you get fresh seat allotment in AP R3, then you can slide to TS.

Good evening ma’am i am from Andhra i was alloted a seat in AIQ R2 reported there and opted for upgradation if in aiq r3 if the seat got upgraded can i participate in state r3 and if i was alloted a seat in state r3 can i join there or is it mandatory to join the upgraded aiq r3 seat

You can leave the allotted seat in AIQR3 and can participate In state R3. But before you leave AIQR3, you should ask AIQ R2 joined college once regarding cancellation. ok
