Incredible! My grandma and I watched this video because this is her hometown. Then 2 days ago we traveled to Sogidi for a visit and it turns out baba in the video is actually her relative. Much respect to him for being a custodian of Aawe and its culture.🙏🏿
You cannot give me a trillion $ to turn my back against Yoruba Culture. I have been Initiated into IFA since i was 16 yrs old an will never look back. Please keep your ISLAM and Christianity they are billions yrs behind the knowledge IFA and Yoruba people posses, pure energy, clean universal space energy. Thanks to the Olotu he has done a very good job.
yoruba gidi you're doing a great job,for your information they have something like this water with the fish in ondo town, called SEGEDE area, I remember in 70s,no one could go there and kill the fish, pls make your research thanks
God bless you , thank to baba whose make us to realise that we didn't need to go foreign land to seek for what we've already possess in our beautiful land. God bless you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉
Great job... We once visited Erinjino' river, the river is just same as this... They don't eat the fish too, it won't cook, when cut it will join back... Anyone who catch it also will have big problem... When we throw breads ,omo those fish big and they are all cat fish.. Very big and since have been seeing big catfish i never saw big one like that... One mystery also happened there then, the old mama who came to tell us about the the water, was appeasing the water with words and we saw many bats birds flying around in that afternoon and those fish was coming out by themselves...
Benbenyeke, thank you for this documentary. Help me say thank you to Mummy wa Oloye that I will take her advice to Kabiyesi Oba Gbadebo Aremu, that he should have a law to protect our 'ODO OGUN' from now on.😃😃😃. I want the Agbalumo, so ask Mummy to send some down my way. Igi Ogongo, this is amazing seeing a hole and nothing else supporting the tree is awesome. I love to visit Awe. Mr. Fasugba, thank you for taking us along.
This water is behind my mother's compound and just 2 minutes walk to the odo, I visited the odo and fish in the water are so friendly when they see visitors they will swim up to that step and stairs to play with you .

Just like the fishes in Osun River, you can't cook them. To be honest, we shouldn't be eating catfish since they're powerful
