+Andresa Paulino I'm not sure anymore but you have to fight against all wooden dolls first (and maybe do some missions). Then a delivery man is in front of the Konoha gate. Speak with him and a mission starts (go to Tsunade). Then you have to go to Orochimaru's hideout and in one little room is Sasuke as wooden doll. After that Minato should be on the Hokage rooftop.
Not sure but I would say yes. Some characters are able to use their awakening ougis, get a special attack move (for example Hinata) and Kakashi has a different jutsu.
+june christian all characters have two jutsus, to use them you either press down down circle or up up circle (some are counter jutsus so the opponent has to attack you in this moment). Kakashi's down down circle jutsu changes in his awakening mode. To use ultimate jutsus you press triangle and then cirlce. Which UJ the characters have and how they use them is different (at least the awakening). There are normal, reversal and awakening ougis. Normal ougis = the character has a green health bar reversal ougis = yellow health bar awakening ougis = be in awakening mode (to get in awakening mode depends on the character)

Do you know exactly what does each mode do? Are they just all speed and damage increase?
