The making of scofray by an illiterate transformational leader(my mother)

I made this presentation on Monday at the 12th Women's Leadership and Empowerment Conference - WLEC [WLEC2021] organized by Tomorrow People Organization and hosted in Bangkok, Thailand.
Haven't struggled to fend for me from an early age by doing so many menial jobs from the selling of coconut, pastries, yam, show-shine, etc
I forgot the crab catching and fishing part, the magic for my resilience and hope for a brighter tomorrow came from my mother's words.
I can not count the number of times we walk the long distance to buy fresh maize for my mum to boil and sell. From Charcoal to banana and many more.
Holding faith for the future was from the voice of a mother who said

She will ground me to study, though she could not even read or understand
what she is policing me to learn (Intellectual stimulation) [I.S] 𝑎 𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑑𝑒𝑟 𝑤ℎ𝑜 𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑎𝑔𝑒𝑠 𝑖𝑛𝑛𝑜𝑣𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑐𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑖𝑡𝑦 𝑡ℎ𝑟𝑜𝑢𝑔ℎ
𝑐ℎ𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑛𝑔𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑐𝑢𝑠𝑡𝑜𝑚𝑎𝑟𝑦 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑓𝑠 𝑜𝑟 𝑣𝑖𝑒𝑤𝑠 𝑜𝑓 𝑎 𝑔𝑟𝑜𝑢𝑝.
She will lay hands on me and pray for during the examination, no matter many classes I had missed (individualized consideration) [
I.C] 𝑎 𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑑𝑒𝑟 𝑤ℎ𝑜 𝑎𝑐𝑡 𝑎𝑠 𝑐𝑜𝑎𝑐ℎ𝑒𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑎𝑑𝑣𝑖𝑠𝑜𝑟𝑠 𝑡𝑜 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑎𝑠𝑠𝑜𝑐𝑖𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑠
She pulled me along on all the menial jobs she engaged, especially the
selling of foodstuff.
Through this, she taught me customer care, good human relation, usage
of smile and humor (Idealized influence) [I.I] 𝑎 𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑑𝑒𝑟
𝑤ℎ𝑜 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑒𝑥𝑒𝑚𝑝𝑙𝑎𝑟𝑦 𝑟𝑜𝑙𝑒 𝑚𝑜𝑑𝑒𝑙𝑠 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑎𝑠𝑠𝑜𝑐𝑖𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑠
Let me shout this out loud and clear: 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺, 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗖-𝘀𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀, 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹, 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆
𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽.
To stimulate our women to have more extraordinary imagination, give them quality education. (Strip education off its masculinity)
To trigger our women to evoke inspiration, empower them with respect, integrity, and dignity
To experience our women’s impact on balance, harmony, growth, and development, we need to embrace their transformational leadership
traits.
