Honestly I could tell player 2 was fake bad air playing at the beginning. You could see they did just enough to keep the ball up with little minuscule touches that lacked air roll.

bro you need to learn to air dribble at champ 2, if u made it there without that mechanic then im p sure ur shot accuracy and gamesense is good, but GC lobbies are unforgiving. I was stuck GC1 for like a month cause i couldn't air dribble or do any crazy mechanical things in the air, but once i learned i went up to GC3 within 3 months, keep climbing dawg

Yes they most likely are harder because of how many less players there are there and hence the heightened competition
