I remember orfist mask skill said that u +1 drive when call up to 3 token by skill so in 18:32 u can have extra drive

It has to be from orfist’s skill, calling additional tokens from other units will not give your vg an additional drive

Is there a reason Orfist player didn’t play Eternity and then remove Orfist from the game from drop zone in Game 1?

Yes you can. Order cards can be played once per turn. Except if you're using zorga which alchemagics (fuses 2 order effects, one u play from hand, the other from drop which gets bound) or welstra which has freiheit who searches for persona or freischutz maximum and sets it. Or bavsargra that has units that can let you arm her multiple times
