Great work on that fence line, Jason. As I was watching you battle that "bush hog" mower, I was wondering.... Why doesn't TYM or one of the other tractor companies give you the loan of a tractor for at least 2 years so you can not only demonstrate it on the farm, but put it to very good use for a wide variety of applications? Seems like a no-brainer to me! ~Larry Anderson • Tupelo, MS (birthplace of Elvis!!)
Hi Jason, you got alot done with the fence.🥰 A big Thank You to your friend Brian for all of his help. 🤗🙏 I love your big smile when you were filming on the bush hog. Way to go‼️🤗❣️

Jason you and your family are an inspiration to me and mine. We want to do what you've done. To get out of the city and be homesteaders. It's tough to get ahead in this economy. Keep up the good work, I look forward to every video. BTW the fence is looking amazing, just be careful. Don't let yourself get hurt.
💚Wow, ypu continue to make such progress, and great to have a friend's assistance! I marvel and wonder how do you attach your camera for some of your footage!? That bush hog really does some amazing work!💚
There’s never seems to be less to do, at almost 76 my forest veg garden list never seems to get shorter but tis better to travel in hope than run out of things to do😅😅😅
Have you considered running your broiler meat chickens down the center of the high tunnel as soon as they are ready for outdoors to take up the grass, weeds, roots, amd insects? Or. Will they leave the ground too nitrogen and also pathogen hot?
Ya'all need a friend that has bobcat with one of the machines attached to that eats trees with many teeth on it . Doss Farms, Chad had someone do it. But im sure it cost him $$$
I thought a bush hog was something you put on a tractor? I remember my Dad said some friends of his bush hogged his small pasture for him. I never saw it so maybe there a few different kinds?
I had one of those DR Field and Brush mowers around 20 years ago. It worked well and was definitely the right solution for the 5-acre property I had at the time. I used to tell folks that operating it was like dancing with a large lady - you just held on tight and hoped for the best! Take care and God Bless.
You need to lime your land. That tall grass is called sage grass. It tell you the land is not happy. Now is the time to put it out. Please lime me from your land.
Have you considered getting a male from Ben Hollar and have a new male to breed your new females? What is the difference between your and his Kune Kune pigs?
So positive and motivation on working on the farm. That extra work, steps you into a vision for the next feet of fence line. My husband and I put up 42 16ft cattle panels, t-post for our fence on our 6 acres. Like you mapped out area, string lined and marked each post. We did 1 panel-post at a time. I doesn't look like you are getting anywhere but each hours shows how much you've done. Your hard work show. Proud work. Blessing.
Hi, Jason! This video is almost as funny as the pig strapped with a camera. Your expression as you direct the brush hog is hilarious. Loved, loved, loved this one. Hobbit pigs! 🤣
Thank you Brian. Love to see Jason get some help from his friends! 😊 Every once in a while remind your followers in a gentle way Jason that those cute piggies are going into the freezer! Are you allowed to have a controlled fire to clean up that brush?
Jason, you are one determined and hard working man. I watch your channel every day. Love seeing the progress you and your family have made on your new property. Blessings from Kentucky.
I’ve got the same weedeater as you have. Those saw blades work well for small diameter brush but for mine, I really love the brush blade Stihl makes. A lot of my brush looks similar to what you are doing. Maybe you’ve already tried the blade but I thought I’d mention it.
I see in your future a huge bon fire party with family, neighbors and friends to celebrate your new fence and green house before the work of spring begins 😊
I loved the FIRST song BEST today. Thank you Brian. You both did amazing job. So proud of you, and your lovely Ladies. You've come a long way. GREAT FRIDAY SHOPTALK. 3 BEST GUYS and homestead VLOGS. Thank you. Jason, look forward to Your new adventure MUSIC tALK VLOGS.❤🎉👍👍👍 Superbowl Sunday

Tell Lorraine we'd love to see some cooking 🍳 vids! Show 'Um, all how we do Mexican food on the WEST coast! With all your beef & chicken in the freezer. Yeah. Mom & dad can love & appreciatethat too. Hi Randy. 👋 ❤❤❤🎉.
Actually a good choice for equipment on 14a. Especially if you want a horse ranch. Some drop 40g on a tractor but once that is cleaned up should be set 🍻
Looks like that is a multi flora rose at 3:30. Basically, a wild invasive species from that C country. You can get Rose Hips off them in the fall. But, they HURT SO BAD if you aren't careful.
Thanks for helping Jason Brian an extra pair of hands is a godsend. The path is looking really good Jason you’ll be done before you know it.
Jason has great taste in music. Really appreciate hearing the music on his videos.
Or Lorraine...not sure which one does the actual editing.
Jason does it all. thanks!
Great progress Jason & Brian & backup crew of Lorraine & Penelope! Looking good! Blessings to all 🤗🇨🇦

Your guess is as good as mine 🤷♂️ lol
Decades ago I drove my 2yr old in a vw bug from KC to Ft Benning to join hubby at Jump School. Overnighted in Tupelo. Elvis still rocks.

My husband is watching the Super Bowl and I'm watching Jason building fences. 😊
You go Jason! Love seeing your progress!
Hi Bry thanks for helping .
Hello Brian, good to see you. We met at the first Hollar butcher class.
We use to burn our fields fence lines and forest edge to cut down on ticks, skeeters, chiggers.
The bush hog is an amazing piece of machinery but I would imagine a tractor would be great for you 😮
🌺hobbit pigs🤣love that! Ya’all are doing such a great job! Ty for sharing!
Good job getting it cleared. All that broom straw is telling you your soil is acidic and you need lime to balance it out. About 2 tons per acre.
Way to go at it, Jason! 👍🏾🤩🐶
Well done Brian. 😁
I JUST LOVE BUSH HOGS IT LOOKS GREAT, GOOD JOB!!
Another job done well. 👍
I'd burn the brush and reuse the ash for fertilizer or use it for chicken's to have a dust bath! Just a simple way to repurpose the brush!
It's looking good!
💚Wow, ypu continue to make such progress, and great to have a friend's assistance! I marvel and wonder how do you attach your camera for some of your footage!? That bush hog really does some amazing work!💚
Lovely work looking good 😊
Just do a burn pile, easy and gone fast, less hassle. Looks good though. Nancy from Nebraska
Nice job,🎉
A warm day would be a good day to throw the plastic on your hoop barn. You have help.
Love you channel ❤️
Baby pigs are getting so big!!
I enjoyed the camera view on the brush hog.
Awesome
Fence lines looking great. God bless.
Awesome job Jason! Blessings!
You are going to have the fence completed in no time!
When will you get new hats? I love this channel. All my B Day presents this month will hopefully come from your website.
This side of the property there is a lot of posts already. 👌
LOOKS GREAT!!!
Thankyou 😊
Looks like you need a burn pile for that tangled brush!
Throw the scrap wood into a chipper and use it for mulch
The Billy Goat I rented from Home Depot sure did the brush job nicely...

Helloooooooo!

I love how your mind works. And you don't get in a hurry, or cut corners. And you recycle what you take down and reuse it.
💕❤️💕
You are very hardworking,I love your farm.

What a big difference an extra pair of hands make. Good on you Brian😊
Jason have a great week!

That mower certainly did the trick! I have an original DR Field and Brush Mower which is still going strong. Great machines!
Hey!
You could make a channel just so we can watch the pigs!
I see in your future a huge bon fire party with family, neighbors and friends to celebrate your new fence and green house before the work of spring begins 😊
"Petit à petit, l'oiseau fait son nid." Little by little, the bird makes its nest.

We use to have one of those push bush hogs, my husband called it the 'man killer' LOL, they do the job but you have to have some muscle! Good job.
All those twigs would make a great bedding base for your future beds in the greenhouse 😁
