His blind audition had me in tears and his voice is incredible for a 15 year old. His vulnerability shines in his music and it makes him that much more raw and talented. He's going to go places regardless of this shows ending for him or not. He's just got it.

Nowadays, to find a 15-year-old guy that has such a great head on his shoulders. It’s like finding a gem within the West Virginia mountains. After this performance, I don’t believe that they will be struggling much longer. I know his father is looking at him from heaven, with a big smile on his face. Thanking God for what he has gave him.

Wow! When listening to Lane it is like listening to an experienced artist on the radio. What a mature and so likeable 15 year old guy. His " Father & Son"-version is my favorite so far, his voice is beautiful, unique and pure emotion. Wish him all the best and a huge music career.
I loved the battle between the 2. They did well together. But, he handled the "Driver's License" song exceptionally well. They were all good. I'm amazed he's only 15. Edit: I still think his blind audition song suited his voice best. With his story it was very touching.

So much I love about this episode. Firstly, both of these boys are INCREDIBLY TALENTED. Second, they incorporate two of my favorite artists, Fleetwood Mac, and Cat Stevens. Also, Lane is ridiculously handsome and talented at 15. Freddie is also going places. That's not the last we've seen of him. I just love this particular episode so much.
I love both the guys. They go so well together but that's not surprising when you realise they were at school together in a band. They should still be in a band together. There is no luck there. Just pure talent. I love the tone of his voice.

He is amazing. When he sings, you can feel it. Even though he didn't make it to the final round, he will find a way. it seems like he never gives up and that's a wonderful thing. He is amazing. When he sings, you can feel it. Even though he didn't make it to the final round, he will find a way. it seems like he never gives up and that's a wonderful thing. I believe he will make it. He should have his own concert. What a wonderful singer. I know his daddy is proud of him.
And with his story he inspire others.
