I loved the battle between the 2. They did well together. But, he handled the "Driver's License" song exceptionally well. They were all good. I'm amazed he's only 15. Edit: I still think his blind audition song suited his voice best. With his story it was very touching.

I love both the guys. They go so well together but that's not surprising when you realise they were at school together in a band. They should still be in a band together. There is no luck there. Just pure talent. I love the tone of his voice.
So much I love about this episode. Firstly, both of these boys are INCREDIBLY TALENTED. Second, they incorporate two of my favorite artists, Fleetwood Mac, and Cat Stevens. Also, Lane is ridiculously handsome and talented at 15. Freddie is also going places. That's not the last we've seen of him. I just love this particular episode so much.

He is amazing. When he sings, you can feel it. Even though he didn't make it to the final round, he will find a way. it seems like he never gives up and that's a wonderful thing. I would have loved to have seen Lane go through to the grand finale!!
So sad he didn't make it to the Finals :( he is so authentic and I just love his voice. I am sure he will come back and win
What a wonderful, grounded lovely young man and what a great voice. Well done to his family too, never easy losing a parent at any age but so young, and so grounded and hard working. God bless you young man x
